Real Engineering are currently undertaking a complete spiral overhaul to a 1992 52" Eurotek spiral freezer .
The works are for a large bakery group in the North of England
The scope of works consisted of the following;
Alterations from a "down go " to "up go" spiral
Increasing the tier pitch to suit new product
Extending spiral columns to facilitate the larger tier pitch
Extending the drum
Changing the spiral orientation to suit customer requirements
Design & manufacture new upper open deck
Installation of new enclosure
Modifications to control panel to comply with current regulations
New lubx rail supports
New drumbars
Installation and commissioning
